How we do it

Done right, not rushed.

Outside, we use a water fed pole with pure, filtered water. It scrubs the glass and frames, then rinses with water that has nothing left in it to leave spots. It dries clear on its own. No soap film, no ladders leaning on your siding for most second story windows.

Inside, and anywhere that needs a sharp finish, we clean by hand with a squeegee and microfiber. We protect floors and sills while we work and move carefully around your things.

Tips from the crew.

Twice a year is the minimum for most Atlanta homes. Pollen, dust, and hard water build up fast and get harder to remove the longer they sit.
Atlanta pollen season runs roughly March through May. Book your spring clean for right after the yellow coat drops, and the windows stay clear through summer.
Sprinklers that hit your glass leave hard water spots. Point them away from windows if you can.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior cleaning. Just leave gates unlocked and let us know about pets. For interior windows, someone needs to be home to let us in.

Is the pure water pole safe for my windows?

Yes. It uses soft brushes and filtered water with no chemicals. It is gentle on glass, frames, and plants, and we can reach most second story windows from the ground.

How long does a clean take?

Most homes take a few hours, depending on the number of windows, stories, and add ons. We give you a time window when we book.

What if it rains right after?

Pure water leaves glass with nothing for rain spots to stick to, so a normal shower usually rinses off clean. Quarterly and Monthly plans also include our 7 Day Rain Promise.
