Pricing and booking
How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of windows, how many stories, and add ons like screens or tracks. You always get a fixed price before we start, never an hourly bill. Text us a photo of the front of your home for the fastest quote.
How fast do you reply to a quote request?
Usually the same day. Texting is the fastest way to reach us, and a photo of the front of your home lets us price it without a visit.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You get one number before we start. We never bill by the hour, and we don’t add surprise charges on cleaning day.
How do plans save me money?
We price your home once, then take money off every visit: $50 on BiAnnual, $100 on Quarterly, $150 on Monthly. Compare plans.
Cleaning day
Do I need to be home?
For exterior cleaning, no. Leave gates unlocked and tell us about pets. For interior windows, someone needs to be home to let us in.
What is water fed pole cleaning, and is it safe?
It’s a long pole with a soft brush that sprays pure, filtered water. It scrubs the glass, rinses it, and dries spot free with no soap. It’s gentle on glass and plants, and it lets us clean second story windows from the ground.
How long does a clean take?
Most homes take a few hours, depending on the number of windows, stories, and add ons. We give you a time window when we book.
Will you protect my plants and floors?
Yes. Pure water is safe around landscaping, and inside we work carefully around your floors and furniture.

Do you clean screens and tracks?
Yes. Screen cleaning and track and sill detailing are add ons to any window clean.
Can you remove hard water spots?
Most of them. We treat each spotted pane with a glass safe process. Spots that have etched into the glass may only partly fade, and we tell you before we start.
Do you clean storefronts and offices?
Yes. We set up recurring storefront cleaning on a schedule that works around your hours.
Do you do pressure washing and gutters?
Yes. Both pair well with a window clean, especially in the fall. See all services.
After the clean
What happens if it rains after you clean?
Pure water leaves nothing on the glass for rain to stick to, so most showers rinse off clean. On Quarterly and Monthly plans, our 7 Day Rain Promise covers you: if rain leaves spots within 7 days, we come back and touch it up free.
What if I spot a streak?
Tell us within 72 hours and we come back and fix it free. See the guarantee.
How often should I clean my windows in Atlanta?
Twice a year at minimum, spring after pollen season and fall after the leaves drop. Quarterly keeps pollen and hard water from building up.
