Being upfront
What’s not covered.
A clean can’t fix damage that’s already in the glass, so the guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Scratches, chips, or cracks that were already there
- Fogging between panes from a failed window seal
- Hard water etching that has permanently marked the glass
- New dirt from storms, pollen, or construction after the guarantee window
If we notice any of these during a job, we point them out so you know.
